📐 STEP 3: Pattern Development

Once your sketches are finalized, our expert patternmakers translate these designs into precise patterns—templates that define your garment's construction and fit. Patterns are typically created in a standard size (usually Small), ready for grading into various sizes according to your target market.

  • Precise prototype reflecting your approved design

  • Option to use client’s fabric or our high-quality in-house stock . Your prototype is your garment’s first real form. Using your approved pattern and chosen fabric, we create a physical sample that reflects your brand’s quality and fit.
    This piece can also be used for photoshoots, marketing, and fit testing.
